The submission of your chosen URL (web page address) is carried out under the terms detailed in the 'Products Page'. We cannot guarantee the indexing success rate of your submitted URL as the processes involved in registering your web pages are determined by each separate 'Search Engines'. However in order to improve your chances of being indexed we will submit your site to our list of search engines more than once depending on your chosen service package.

• We cannot guarantee whether or not your URL will be dropped by a search engine database once it has been indexed. As this can happen from time to time, it is vital to regularly submit and monitor your web site pages.

• Due to the complexity of the indexing criteria used by each search engine it is not possible for us to guarantee were your site pages (once indexed) will rank in a search result listing. We will however, depending on which package ordered, provide you with our own recommendations on how to improve your ranking.

• The Concise Summary, URL Verification, Standard Appraisal and Detailed Site Appraisal reports are provided only as guidance to help develop web pages that will score more favourably with our list of 'Search Engines'. The implementation of the information contained within these reports is your responsibility. We also reserve the right to make changes to the contents of these reports as and when updated information becomes available.

• The modified and doorway pages based on your chosen key words and/or phrases will be sent to you via email. It will be your responsibility to upload these pages to your internet server where your web site information is stored. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the given URL, key words and/or phrase information is correct and appropriate to the contents of your site respectively. If this information is not uploaded prior to sending your submission order number, we cannot guarantee that the modified pages will be indexed when the submission process starts.

• The contact information (including your email address) sent to us will be held only on our company database, it will not be given to any third party. For added security this information will also be encrypted.

• Although we virus check any reports and information we send you we cannot guarantee the integrity of the data once it has been transmitted over the internet. We recommend you virus check all incoming email attachments before opening any documents. If you have any problems receiving information from us please contact us immediately.
